and told you he needed you to hide 3 million pounds for him, because he had just robbed a bank, what would you do? He tells you that if you agree, after one month he would come and collect it and give you £150,000 for the favour, but makes it clear that if any is missing he will blow your brains out. He also tells you not to run because himself and his gang will track you down and kill you. Would you take the money and do a runner? or keep it and settle for the measlly £150,000? or would you just say, no thanks? Totally never giong to happen, but just curious.

Take the money and Immediately put a 1.5 million contract on the gang. If after a month that hasn't worked give them the money and take the £150,000. If its work's hey its Brucie bonus time

Or is that just wrong?

Well I don't know about in England, but we have a law here in the states that protects you if you have to do something illegal because you are under duress... IE... Hiding money for a stranger on the threat of death. So yeah I'd hide it.. If all works out you keep the 150,000, if not you're protected by law cause he threatened your life and maybe get a reward anyway.

I dont think this would be legal but I would have the money from him and take it to the place I was going to hide it , show him the spot, then blow his head off, after getting the names of the rest of the gang from him by sticking needles into his eyes!
Then I would do the same to the rest of his gang, and also stick needles into their eyes before blowing their heads off!
If I was caught in the UK the money would be well hidden and I would serve my 3 months community serves and be a free man with a lot of money!!
Hope this helps??

Even if you don't want to accept the deal, just take it first.

I have no doubt the bugger will blow your brains out if you refuse because you are now of no value to him and am able to identify him.

After taking the money, if you are living in a big and open country, just take the money and run. If you are living in a small, country with a reasonably efficient police force, report the crime to the police.

I would take the money and return it to the bank, buy a shotgun with the reward money (if any) then wait a month for Mr. Bad Guy to knock on my door, shoot him, then wander the streets asking people inane hypothetical questions. Peace.

I would hold on to the money for him, and when he came to pick it up, I would blow HIS brains out, steal his identity, and make his "gang" believe I was him for a couple of months and then leave the country.

Honestly...I would say no thanks. I'd be too terrified of the bank robber & his gang to take the money or go to the police with it - they'd track me down as soon as they got out of prison, or would send someone to come after me :-S Saying that though, maybe my days would be numbered as soon as he approached me...afterall, I'd know what he looked like and what he'd done! Surely he wouldn't just let me walk away....... :-S

Take the cash and leave the country. Move a few times to throw off a search.

You take it to the police.
You collect the reward, and when the gang comes for the dosh, the police collects the gang

Why would a conversation happen like such.. considering the person has make it public that they are a fools. No need to look into deep reasoning to this question.

I would say no thanks, i wouldn't concern myself in something as risky as that.after all he could frame you for the robbery and you would of had the money as evidence. I mean come on who is going to believe that stranger gave you 3 million pounds to hide?
