Why would a man call up a woman and tell her he's "hungry" for her and he has been thinking about her for days, the look of her face, just being with her? Is he only trying to get some, or is he really going nuts without her around? He also says things to her like he wants a future, and when he finds out certain things that certain people have done to her, he wants to "defend" her. Guys, what is up with you? Especially the foreign ones. WHy don't you just come out with it already and say your feelings in words instead of these complex little coined phrases?

As in a male SO that does most of the household chores, stays home with the kids and whatnot.

Are there any women who would actually want a guy that aspired to be a househubby?

Suppose on a regular basis nobody commented on your appearance or looks except perhaps occasionally during special events, and then only your SO and perhaps a parent.

Would you react at all? and How would you feel about it?

Intimacy, not the physical kind. How do I have it in my life if I don't regularly see people for an established mutual purpose? Most of my communication consists of one time exchanges, and nothing further is needed to be exchanged leaving huge gaps of downtime which I don't enjoy. Without this intimacy, I feel friendless and insecure in the world. I guess I grew up learning to depend on verbal intimacy or bonding as a buoy for self-esteem; an indicator that I was worthy to share intimate details with. I came to depend on it as a way to feel good about myself and now I have to unlearn that and find a substitute. I've gone so far as to trade sexual intimacy in hopes of some verbal kind of intimacy which didn't happen.

I feel rejected when I don't have an outlet where I can share the intimate details of the happenings in my life no matter how irrelevant or insignificant they may be to the listener's life. By sharing, I validate my existence. Am I going overboard in some way?

What a crock! I'm not anti women but most of the time women like this are feminists and therefore want equal treatment. Well I beleive in equality for women in all aspects yet those same women want special treatment in divorce and child custody. Women give birth because that is the law of nature, but it does not entitl you to more rights or indicate you are the better parent. Why are you narrow minded, pre-historic man haters think you are better than me?
But to the majority of women who support dads and see through the slef centered facist ego trip of lunatics I really appriciate your support, thank you. Now if more people were like you good fathers would have it much easier.

By using cheap tactics used by slim ball attorneys, such as restraining orders. A woman only has to make the accusation and in family court the judge has to take her word for it. The restraining order issuance is so badly abused by women that it is common in almost all contested divorces.
And what repercussions does she face because of making false statements and lies? None.
Plus since family court is set up in favor of mom off the bat it becomes costly for men who want to have their children in their lives to fight long court battles that could easily run over the course of the child’s life.
Being that our society tells us that men are bumbling fools who are not capable of raising children, voters shoot down any initiative that would make it mandatory that parents share custody, given both are fit.
So to all you fathers out there, how does it feel knowing that your wife if she chooses could take your children at anytime? What are we going to do about that? I suggest you support any father’s rights group by joining and passing the word to everyone you know about how in today’s world of equal rights there is a grave violation of equality against us fathers.
