Issues are the same for all women. But Indian women fret a little bit less about weight since they wear sari rather than skirt. With sari on she can hide extra pounds of flesh around her waist. American women keep them themselves fit out of compulsion, because their dress code demands slim and proportionate figures.
As far as beauty is concerned, it lies in the eyes of the beholder.
All women are beautiful on one way or another.

I guess all women the world over tend to look at themselves more closely post 40 years. Also most are able to appreciate 'how' well they have matured.
Weight n beauty can cross the mind but just for a while for they know they are more confident and sure of themselves now than ever. This gives them a tremendous boost of self esteem, side-lining any insecurities.
A good husband/ partner could dispel such doubts in case a woman is plagued by such issues.

Yes women are women and by nature we are self conscious about our appearances. American women I think just go through different extremes to change the way the look. The Indian woman on Americas Next Top Model was Beautiful but was constantly thinking she was unattractive and eventually got voted off because of her lack of confidence

yes we do. More so the the white. Because we tend to try keep our mates warm in the winter. Thats what they use to do back then. But me on the other hand, I'm skinny. I wouldn't allow myself to get that way and I'm in my late 40's now. I guess it's just a matter of what you want to do with yourself like everyone else does. But I think Native American women are more apt to gain weight the white women do.

Yes of course. I am Asian (Bengali origin) and when I was younger i was VERY insecure about my skin colour (i am a golden brown colour - not too dark, not too light). For sum reason India seems to favour ppl (not just women) who r fair .... just look at all the Bollywood actors and actresses and most of them are fair ... only a tiny percentage are darker/dusky coloured and its probable theyre not the main hero/heroine. Even in matrimonial ads they say wat skin colour they r - the fairer u r, the more likely u r to get snapped up. As it happens i grew up in England and ive been complimented by sooo many white ppl for having an all year round tan lol - my skin colour really is like gold and now i wouldnt swap it for the WORLD!
Just wish i could say the same bout my height .... another attribute of my Bengaliness is being rather titchy ... i wish i could say i loved my height but hey ... im working on it ;)
