Lets just assume for a moment, that at any time, and without any repercussions from STDs or cost, men could obtain sex on demand with attractive women, but only sex.
If you like, think of it as fully immersive virtual reality, indistinguishable from the real sexual act with no human involvement. The concept matters more than how it can be achieved.
In all other respects the world be unaltered.
How do you think such a development would affect relationships?
Would women unable to trade on sex for financial security lose out?
Would women actually be delighted that any relationship formed with a man was happening because he liked her for her, not just because he wanted her to have sex?
Would things be much the same as they are now, because people are deeply motivated to form intimate relationships anyway?
How do you think gender relationships would be affected?
