I had this dream several days ago, and I don't usually have a lot of dreams that I remember, or have the same dream twice so this is a bit strange to me. In this dream I was at a Native American Indian ritual and there were several people standing around me and a fire burning in the back ground. When this middle aged man approached me and told me in order for me to be healed and purified he must have sex with me. All of a sudden he had started having sex with me and telling me that it was for my healing process to begin so that I could be purified. I am confused about this dream for a few reasons because it's not like it was just a dream of sex because the dream was focused mainly on healing and purification. I'm not even ill, and the purification part of the dream I don't understand either. Does anyone know what this dream means? I don't usually take dreams seriously but both times I've had this dream it has stayed with me for days. I'd appreciate any insights about this.

Dreams of Sex are not sex dreams... if that makes any sense... in this case it lends to the ritual which is connected to spirituality... a merging of the male and female part of each of us... none of us are totally male or totally female and this is a message to balance the male and female within you... healing and purification is necessary for each and every one of us. from the soul level right on down to the physical.
I believe that dreams of such nature are the process of our spirits interacting with our guides and receiving much of the help we need on that level so as to help our lives in the physical world...

Native American Indian-they were tribes and we can say a tribe is a group and groups can lead to peer pressure. In school, we have a "group" of people we hang with and they can lead us to trouble sometimes.
Fire burning-it could be something inside you trying to help you make a decision and you feel it, but you still are trying your own way.
Middle aged man-we look at our elders for respect and we believe that what they tell us is the right or best advice for us, and we do what they say because that is what we have been taught. He was not someone in your age group, therefore, he was elder and obviously he knew what he was talking about.
Healed and purified you must have sex-purification is only true if you remain pure. How then can a woman or man have sex and stay pure? These are contradictory and this is just a symbol of maybe your actual life. Purification in the dream may mean acceptance in your everyday life. Healed may mean that you are respected more, but only after you do whatever it is that the group around you is trying to get you to do. Sex to women is the most intimate time a man can be with his wife. Rituals are almost always times of sacrifice, so is there anything in your life you are sacrificing or don't want to sacrifice, but you feel like you are being pressured?
