When I'm in school my fellow classmates always complain about stuff and say things like I will never do good on this test. I always try to say stuff like yes you will. How can I handle negative people?

Live and breathe to feel your hand caress my pain as it slowly moves into my soul
Reaching, grabbing pulling
You try hard
Harder
You cannot find anything
It’s lost
As it always was
Push my head back with your hand
Run your hand over my neck up to my face
Feeling
Something inside me wants it to stop
You cannot control me
Mind is racing
Thoughts of what could have been
Never were circle inside my brain like a hawk looking for prey
No one will break this shell again
I push you away from me
Your soulless eyes no longer hold me
You’re not what I want
You hate
You have no faith
You manipulate
You are scared
You’re a coward
You never want to feel again
I do So I say goodbye my sweet love
Tears fell for you too many times into a pool of nothing
I will be selfish Isn’t this what you wanted?
Stronger than you will ever know
Been through more than you will ever know….
My wounds will heal
In time… all my wounds will heal

I was seeing this guy for 2 yrs and he broke my heart when i found out he got married behind back. He told me he was pressured into doing it because the woman he married was pregnant. Anyway, i dreamt that i went to go see a spiritual advisor about this guy and he gave me a stick to put over a flame of a red candle. then he told me to carve the name of the man i love with the stick on the candle. As i was doing that he asked me "Is there anything you want to know about this man?" I said, "I want to know if this is the man for me?" He said "This is the man that was created to be with you. and he will be back for you in 6months in jesus name." And then the dream ended. i feel that this dream is trying to tell me something by it being spiritual and by jesus's name being used in it. I take the lord very seriously. what do you guys think? Or was this just a dream?

I am generally a good communicator. I also do pretty well with public speaking. However, when I give praise to someone my eyes begin watering uncontrollably. It has been this way as far back as I can remember. Even saying something nice about someone causes the reaction. Such as, "great job on that report" or "you are a very intuitive person". It is embarrassing since I am an executive and deal with people all the time. I play it off as allergies. I don't want to go to a psychiatrist but I was thinking maybe someone knows a way to overcome it.

ok, so I'm 22 years old and have always been outspoken (im a leo...). but recently I have experienced backlash because im condisdered 'aggressive'...this bothers me because i feel that if i am not forward, i get trampled over (in all instances! men, work, friends, society)...so why is it okay for a man to be forthright and opinionated, but it is not acceptable for me to be vocal and constructive in my communication with people? I would love to read feedback regarding this... Thanks!

Rub your index fingers gently over a piece of very coarse sandpaper a few times and rate its coarseness on a scale from 1 (very soft) to 7 (very coarse). After a minute or two, rub the same finger over the paper and again rate its coarseness. Did your perception of the coarseness change? How?

Some logicians say that " whatever we do in the privacy of our own homes, while not harming others, is our business." But do we ever really just harm ourselves alone? How about the short term consequences of our actions? How about the long-term effects?

For months he's been getting on me about how i'm"not working"I finally snapped at him ,and said why the hell would you make such assumptions when you don't even know anything about my private life?He Said he was just joking and he had to apoligize to me,after i pestered him about it.I asked him if he heard about it frosomebody about 20 times and he said no that it was his own conclusion he came to.In a joking manner. He said to lighten up and i take things too seriously. It's frustrating how hard i work at things, keeping in shape and other aspects, and other things that are hard work that i devote my time to,and he him knowing that, would have to make a comment like that.We kinda smoothed things over, because he didn't want me to blow up,,but it just pisses me off that i come to a place to work out,and he (being a buddy)disrupts my rhythm,he said he meant nothing malicious by it.He's also a musician like i am,so we definitely have that in common.however.he's in his late 50's and i'm 23.I'

I am a generally unhappy person. I am wondering what qualities you posses that aid you in living a satisfying, happy life. Are you religious? Do you put others before yourself? Do you put yourself before others? Have you always been happy or have you learned how to be happy? What do you think makes you so generally happy?

I blush often in social situations.

I.E. A guy that likes me is constantly flirting with me. I don't like him.. but whenever he says something that makes me feel a bit awkward I blush! It's embarrassing and most likely makes him and other guys think I like him... but it's something beyond my control. I try to not think about blushing, but I still feel my face getting hot and then there's that dreaded 'You're blushing!/ You're so red' comment.
It's beginning to bother me A LOT.

I've read about a surgery that can be done but I'd rather not do something so drastic. After all, blushing is natural. But at this rate, I feel like it'll eventually lower my self-esteem. Could I have a social anxiety disorder?

Help?

Someone told me that if I silently ordered myself to blush in these situations, I would stop doing it.... Any truth to this?

Any advice is very much appreciated.

I had a weird dream last night. The part that I remember is about a good friend and I. She was telling me to look into this hand mirror over my left shoulder so I could see what these creatures looked like. (Kinda like a Lady in the Water thing) She was really excited for me to see these things but I was reluctant. She was telling me that I was the only woman to do this reading so I had to look. Before I could look though, my husband started making noises when coming back to bed from the bathroom. I was unable to fall asleep again (4a.m.). What creature(s) do you see when looking into a mirror over the left shoulder? I googled and the only thing that came up was the devil, but that is not the impression I got. I had the feeling it was more beautiful than evil/hideous even though I was reluctant for fear it would be evil/hideous.

My husband told me that so many women in the US are suffraging because of old laws implemented by chauvinist men. He wants to start a movement freeing women of there suffraging, and as his wife I want to do everything I can to help.

He is such a wonderful man, doing everything he can to make my life better!"
