don't know how much use this info will be...apparently we all dream.....we either do not remember the dream next morning or the dream is played in our subconscious meaning it is not as vivid or whatever...

I feel like I don't dream sometimes but I can't remember what I did during sleep so not being able to remember a dream I suppose is just as valid....

don't worry, everyone is like that its not just you!

hope I've been helpful!

we all dream we just don't always remember our dreams. it is possible that you are not going deep enough into the sleep state to have strong enough dreams to remember. it is also possible that for some reason that you do not want to remember your dreams and so your sub-conscious ( which is where your dreams come from) is refusing to let your brain remember them. if that is the case this is not healthy and will eventually cause you to have nightmares or night terrors. those are the most common two reasons for not remembering your dreams. you might want to try keeping a dream diary. as soon as you wake up write down in it anything that you think might have been a dream. if you wake up in the middle of the night write in your dream diary. eventually you will train yourself to remember your dreams.

Everyone dreams.
That you can't recall them is another thing.
Why are you concerned?
Dreaming things is a form of releasing feelings that you hold in reality.
So don't worry.
Just tell yourself before you sleep that you want to remember your dreams and hopefully you do.
Mind over body.

I use to not dream. Now all night long. You need to let your Dr. know. To dream you must be in REM sleep. You may have sleep apnea.
