Aren't we poor helpless women so lucky as to have husbands that look out for us when it comes to things like that?
I'd let your husband take care of it. We women just aren't good with stuff like that. Oh, baby number eleven is crying, I'd better go get him!

Yeah, there have been several hillarious youtube videos in which an interviewer went to a women's college and got hordes of women to sign the petition to end "women's suffrage".
Plus, why would you want to end women's suffrage? In Civ 2 it counts as a police station in every city, effectively reducing under democracy the number of unhappy citizens per military unit outside of the city from 2 to 1. Very handy!

I think your husband is pulling your leg. Women are "suffraging" because women are voting. That is what women's suffrage is all about...women gaining the opportunity to vote. Nationally, this happened in 1920 when the 19th ammendment to our Constitution was ratified. If you want to help with women suffraging, then make sure you vote...

Well, go back and tell your husband that those women in the US, mind you some not all, are all whiners to begin with. Tell him that they got the right to vote, then tell him how after they got the right to vote they wanted even more, ah you may say that once they got their way they turned against those were understanding to their plight. Tell him about those men who have lost not only the right to see their kids because US court laws are female biased and oh yeah him about the plight some men face when it comes to abortion. Now don't get me started on rape. Tell him that once they get what they want they will turn around and eat him alive. without so as much as a thank you and to top it off they'll still be whining.

It's going to take a lot of petitions to fix the laws. Sounds like you guys need to work on getting signatures in order to get it up for vote again. Then you can vote to stop it...
