Most of the countries print thier currency in their own country so what prevented them to print the currency according to their need? As in the case of developing countries they take loan from other developed countries or organizations to fulfil their need? why don't these countries print currency and pay their debts?
I have heard that there are certain limits to print the currency for e.g. it depends on the levle of foreign exchange or the amount of gold in the country????

Are there any policy that require oil companies to improve the amount of oil that is being refined. Lets say they created a facility in the 1950's that hasnt been improved or upgraded since then. Now lets say the number of gas stations since then has tripled increasing the demand while decreasing the supply. Higher demand creates higher costs. If you were one of these companies the last thing you would do is improve facility standards to meet the qouta of demand.

Lets say these facilities were built in close range to neighborehoods in a time that society lacked zoning laws and these same old run down facilities still exhist today in heavily populated neighborhoods.

say you had this friend that you trust a lot, get along with well and generally close to them. but then they have some episodes with minor depression so you help them as much as you can. then, a few months later, they tell you that someone else has really helped them and they keep acknowledging them, although you have helped them as well. but they never mention how much you've helped them even though you have known them for a longer time than the other person helping them.
how would you feel if that happened? would you think it was unfair?

btw, if you're going to post silly answers then don't bother. i'm only looking for opinions. thanks.

When I was younger I stuttered worse than I do now. But now I seem to have a littel control of it. Some people in my family do it also. It seems that the ones in my family that do it get tounge tied. Where as I can't seem to get the word I'm trying to say out of my mind. I have also heard that if you tickel a baby's feet before they can talk they will stutter later on in childhood throughout life. But My question is why do I do it and is there any way to make it stop permantely?

Now, I am looking for a new job & will probably take a few months before I find something good. In the meantime, I am at a job I hate - it's boring, my boss is a moron, the rest of the people are all boring, & the company is going nowhere fast. In fact, I'm hoping it closes & they lay me off.

My real question is how do I make it through each day? I dread coming to work each day. I have nothing to look forward with this job.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

The first one was about a pack of wild dogs wanderingin my back yard.
The second one was about a Saint Bernard. I was holding his face (his body was attached) in my hands and talking to him.
The third one was that I had a Golden Retriever.

I already have three dogs and I'm not getting anymore, so what can those dreams mean?

I could help responing to this questionName the most powerful woman on politics or business or philanthropy that you know and explain why? We got Lisa Ling, Oprah, Hilary Clinton, some german chancellor womam, and Rachel Carson.
Compare these to Einstein, Martin Luther King, Socrates, Bill Clinton, Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchil, Bill Gates etc etc.
Why do us guys have to believe the whining hysterics we get if we chose to believe we are not intellectually equal!
Of course, women were never educated is what you will say, I would ask you to look beyond the last 300 years history (tough if you are american!) Look at todays society. I dont see any women being banned from university, or anyone stopping them inventing new modes of thought and running business empires!!!

Last weekend my kids were at their father's house, which is along the shore of a bog in the back. The kids (17, 13), their dad and stepmom were all outside doing yardwork and what not. They saw two teenagers go into the bog after a soccer ball. One of them panicked as they were getting out at the far end of the bog. There was nothing my kids or their dad and stepmom could have done in time, but they did call 911. How do I comfort them, even if they seem "fine"?
