We all know everyone is an individual and is completely different from anybody else, but certain personality traits can be measured and scored, and thus we get tests like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, (MBTI). It measures such things as:

(I)ntroversion vs. (E)xtroversion
i(N)tuition vs. (S)ensing
(F)eeling vs. (T)hinking
(P)erceiving vs. (J)udging

My question then is without looking at any other variables such as physical attraction, familiarity, etc., how would a typical female ISFP get on with a typical male INFP personality. If there were to be clashes, in what areas, and if they found a common ground and a mutual admiration, where would that manifest itself?

My friend this year had an abortion and she was 19. Her reasonings were dumb, but in some sense understandable. Her parents were conservative, her culture prevented any sorts of behavior. She thought of having the kid but she knew she couldnt provide any type of life by herself especially with her boyfriend. I'm not sure where i stand, but i see her drown in depression. I sometimes want to blame her, but i'm not sure how to console her..or react to her.

Or maybe I'm just confusing this with the fear of rejection. People tell me to get over it, but how? How can you get over the fear of commitment without actually rushing into a commitment? any advice on that? and also any practices of getting over rejections? I could work on getting rejected so much that the feeling becomes dull, but I've been down that road and it never dulls. Any suggestions??

I told my girlfriend of almost 8 months that I loved her for the first time. I did that about 2 weeks, and she said it right back. But I kinda have a hard time believing it. It just doesn't seem like she means it when she says it. She's also never said it to me first when we're together. I'm always the one that says it first. Also, I feel like she likes a friend of ours more than me. This friend is the one that introduced us for the first time. But everytime I'm with her, and she sees him, she screams his name and waves and gets real happy. When she sees me, she barely looks at me and half the time doesn't even say hey. She went back to Cali for 6 weeks to visit her hometown, and we texted each other or talked on the computer almost everyday. The first night we did something together since she was back, she didn't talk that much, and she texted him nearly the whole time. He is going out with her best friend, and they both said that that was what they were talking about.

What are the major sources of gains from trade? Why is exchange important to a nation’s prosperity? How does trade influence the quantity of output that trading partners are able to produce? In a market economy, will there be a tendency for both resources and products to be supplied by low-cost producers? Why or why not? Does this matter? Explain.

Well, I asked and obsessed over the question a while back of whether or a not I was a stalker (see links below). The answer seemed kind of up in the air, but it seems the healthy thing for me to do is to avoid this girl. And that's what I've done. I don't look at her. I go out of my way to avoid passing by her work area or even making eye contact. I'd hate for her to think that I'm all of a sudden mad at her and plotting some kind of revenge, but this is my only solution for the time being. I don't want to keep fooling myself with these vain dreams of me and her getting together. Thinking about her only seems to open the door to more counterproductive behavior. I don't know if this is even really a question. I'm just looking for... not advice, just thoughts peppered w/ advice.

I wanted to let everyone know that I work for Hospice, and not one person on their deathbed will say God isn't real. Even those that didn't believe in Him change their minds.

The reason this is under parenting is because people teach their kids religion, and others call it lying to their kids.
