Think about it.
You know you have something to say, but you don't speak what is truly on your mind.
We lie to each other everyday.
You say one thing, but mean another.
examples:
1. A gas attendant tells you "Have a good day." Do you think that is really what they mean?
2. He says he loves her, but he really means, sure you are here, but I feel empty. If I tell you that, I would hurt your feelings. I don't want to deal with that right now.
3. OR if you never tell someone how you feel, all you are doing is lying. Lying to yourself and the other person.
4. And here, on Answers, some questions are so ridiculous, you know you want to just tear themn apart. (Legally on Y!A, would be just telling the truth from your standpoint.) But, instead you think of what the person might want to hear so you can have a better chance getting Best Answer.
OR AM I WRONG?
This is a serious, thought out...and philosophical question. I thank you for the same answers in kind.
