Well riddle me this...
What makes a woman a woman?
What makes a man a man?
Take away those essences and do you think have yourself a lesser being?
The body is merely a shell to hold the spirit in place, does it matter what functions it has or hasnt got?

No, it just means she doesn't have to have a period every month. All women go through menopause, how could it possibly make her less womanly? The fact that all women have to go through it makes it womanly by definition.

Of course not. If anything it frees us from monthly messes. And remember its not just middle-aged and up women who go thru menopause. Much younger women with medical conditions are sometimes forced to deal with it.

No.
Menopause is a simply a phase of life for women.
(Not as much fun as some other phases, I understand)
For that matter, neither does hysterectomy or mastectomy.

No and why would it? A female remains a female throughout her entire lifespan the same as a male does. Is a man less of a man if he can't father children or if he has had a vasectomy. What about if he has had one of his testicle or both removed because of cancer?
