i totally love this guy,(CRUSH)
but i can never tell him,
one time i showed him pictures of us,
he asked me WHY DID YOU SHOW ME THOSE PARTICULAR ONES OF US ONLY?
I denied it,afriad of being mocked at.
did i loose my chance?
Was he really asking me if I liked him??
or WAS HE TRYING TO BE SMUG ABOUT MY FEELINGS FOR HIM?

I believe that everything we are asked or expected to do by the media is for economic reasons. The system is well aware of how we react, and for what reasons. I just wonder if it is a good thing, or whether it is holding us back from our natural tendency to develop and change over time.

Homosexuality use to be considered a mental disorder.
Some years ago, this "theory" was changed and it is no longer a part of of the DSM IV.
When was this determined and what was the basis to this conclusion on the part of mental health professionals?

I am writing up an observation on a baby's nappy change, and I can't remember which theorist wrote a theory on care. I think his name was something like Lazlo, but I can't find him in any of my text books. Does anyone have a web page that has information on him, and what his theory was? Or any other theories on care?

The only type of intereaction between the two of you is relatively unrelated conversation (s/he is not mentioning or revealing any verbal clues to you). How can you decode/ intepret love (very deep love that is wrapped up in intense admiration) off of someone's face ? What would be the symbol of such strong emotion?

Can someone tell me what these dreams mean? i am only 13 if this matters at all.

1.I go to sleep by my bunk bed by the window, then a wolf scratches at the window and breaks in and eats me.

2. We drive home, wolves surrond the car, I get out they don't attack. I get inside and they are running through the venting system. I rush to my room and there is a wolf standing there with my half eaten cat in its mouth.

3. At super market, elevator music is playing, standing by a giant aisle of toliet paper. Grey and White wolf rush by, my parents tell me to be quiet. Am at the top of the toilet paper, there is a blue chair and a red couch. My dad's corpse is half eaten and right in front of me. Wolf at attacks my sister and mom then I rush into the blue chair and the wolf walks toward me.
I have been having these dreams since i was 10, and i live in the country for the dreams with my house and all. And the super market was completely white. The wolfs are usually grey and brown.

I keep seeing people argue that gender is a social construct, but what I THINK they mean is that gender ROLES are a social construct. After all, gender is a physical condition, based on anatomy and chromosomes. Gender roles, however, are activities ascribed to a person because of their particular gender.
Am I missing something?

Two Dreams, PLease tell me....
1.) I was swinging in a swing from the largest tree, High above the earth, right below the clouds. Bucket Seat. The Rope snapped as I swang as High as I could go, and I decended, watched as the rooftops came into view, panicked, and then......BOOM! I hit the roof (but I don't wake up) I roll off and hit the street and roll a couple of times in much agonizing pain...then I woke up........(horrible)

2.) All my life I have had flying dreams, but I don't actually FLY, I doggie paddle through the Air,( at first I hover and fly steady but it gradually begomes a doggie paddle) and then when I finally get everyone excited about what i did, they want to see, I jump into the Air and paddle my arms and feet but only fall, again and again. Then I awaken

Whats up??? Anyone???

This is hypothetical, not real. suppose a woman around 1815, or so, married a count but he died and she was a countess. Inherited all of his money, had no children. Was a genius and evryone knew it who knew her. Very beautiful and still young. Do you think it would have been acceptable for her to be a composer, or do you think people would have laughed at it. Most composers back then were men, but not all of them were. I know weird question.

Where a brave farmer has turned the unused parameters of his fields into a REAL kids adventure park his engineering skills are to say the least brilliant the obstacles are tricky and the kids loved it .
But its well noted that you are not insured to use them I think it is a great escape from the cotton wool health and safety world we live in risky but a great day out for everyone a little danger yes something i have not seen for years should we have more places like this for our kids to enjoy and stuff the kid gloves.
