Sure........drive east about 200 miles to western NY and crash here with me. Unless you can't stand peace, quiet and serenity.

However I do not feel these are quite what you seek. You can only call and perhaps speak to an adviser about your options. I am taking your plea very seriously. Womansafe sounds as if they offer counseling and good advice and they are open 24/7.

Is there no family member or good friend with whom you can bunk? Of course that would not help heal your abuse, but it would be a start by removing yourself from the source of your anguish.

I pray you find a solution.

If you were mature enough to be out on your own, you wouldn't have to ask this question. As bad as it is at home, it seems if you were self-dependent, you would already be out? You are 23 years old, so you should ask yourself, "How come I have not yet gotten to point of being able to take care of myself without having to rely on others?"

Have you thought about the military. You would get room, board, job training, and a paycheck. It would help you on the path to an independent life.

Edit: From the thumbs down, I see someone obviously thinks you shouldn't become self-reliant.

I'm not from that area. But maybe try calling the city offices. They can usually point you in the direction of social services that can help you when you are in a crisis like this one. I hope everything works out for you!

PLEASE belive me when I say I know how it feels.

There should be some housing units,
I know in my town, there are, it's kinda like halfway, housing but no criminals, it's designed for people in your situation, either families just starting out, or emancipated teens, my friend lived in the halways for a while, because they sold their house, and the one they bought fell through, so htey had no where to go.

Don't fret. You need to heal your self.
Your absolutely right in this, take some time to yourself, gather your thoughts, because when your at your strongest, mentally emotionally and physically, then you can truely help others.

Good Luck and Blessed Be sweetie )O(

Been there done it. Get up and do it. You can only control your self. You have no power over your family. Start a new and have a blast. I moved from Michigan to Atlanta Georgia. No regrets.
