I've heard that true globlisation allows for the absolute free movement of goods, labor, and capital. I've also heard that labor mobility would do more to alleviate global poverty in a year than foreign aid over five years. Is this true? Why hasn't it happened yet?

be "poor" people and always be "rich" people. I think there will be. I am not of the mindset that everyone can be equal. At some level there will always be differences. Agree or disagree?

I was brought up in a protective environment in which my dad made sure I hardly made mistakes (of course I still at times). Now a wise friend of mine told me I ought to just practice and make mistakes and learn from them. Is it not a good idea to just try to learn purely from other people's mistakes (and/or successes)? Do people really think that you must make your own mistakes before you truly learn?

"just practice, and accept that you will make mistakes, and learn from your mistakes" or
"learn from other people's mistakes"?

Do it so men will look or do they just do it for no specific reason at all? I mean I don't have anything against it but sometimes from a male point of view its so hard not to look. Do women do that on purpose?

This will probably be the most controversial question ever posted on this site. In fact it will probably be deleted. Please read the whole thing before responding. Pedophilia is hugely misunderstood. I know after that last sentence you are ready to flame like you've never flamed before, but bare with me here.

A pedophile is an adult who is attracted to children more than to adults. A pedophile is NOT, as we have come to define it, someone who has sexually molested a child. You may asking what the difference is, and studies show that over 90% of child molesters are in fact primarily attracted to adults, but settle for children due to availability. These are called "situational" offenders. Many, if not most, pedophiles never act on their urges or fantasies. Those that do are usually only attracted to children and so have no other sexual outlet.

Now here is where the question is. I already know what kind of answers I will get, but I'm just curious to see what people say anyway.

"ambiguity
The presence of two or more distinct meanings for a single word or expression. In itself, ambiguity is a common, harmless, and often amusing feature of ordinary language. When unnoticed in the context of otherwise careful reasoning, however, it can lead to one of several informal fallacies.
Example:"I'll give you a ring tomorrow." could signify either the promise of a gift of jewelry or merely an intention to telephone.
Note the difference between ambiguity and vagueness."

How do kids learn the difference? Cause not all ambiguity is not as simple as the 'ring'.

Whether you're strong, weak, wild, meek, laidback, domineering, submissive, etc. What kind of partner do you think you need to make a relationship work? What kind of woman would compliment you well and allow you to have the kind of relationship that will work for you.Tell me what kind of man you are and what qualitites would be needed in the woman to allow for a working 'romantic' relationship between you.

When a guy comes up to you to ask for $2 and says he needs it to catch a bus to get back to the hospital, and he says the hospital doesn't have enough beds, that's why he was kind of kicked out, but he has this sickness and he needs to get back to the hospital.... what would you do? And why?

Gene Simmons:

If you put a woman on a pedestal and try to protect her from the rat race you’re a male chauvinist pig.

If you stay at home and do the housework, you’re a pansy.

If you work too hard, there never is time for her. If you don’t work enough, you’re a good for nothing bum.

If she has a boring repetitive job with low pay, it’s exploitation. If you have a boring repetitive job with low pay, you should get off your rear and find something better.

If you get a promotion ahead of her, it’s favoritism. If she gets a job ahead of you, it’s equal opportunity.

If you mention how nice she looks, it’s sexual harassment. If you keep quiet its male indifference.

If you cry, you’re a wimp. If you don’t, you’re insensitive.

If you make a decision without consulting her, you’re a chauvinist. If she makes a decision without consulting you, she’s a liberated woman.

If you ask her to do something she doesn’t enjoy, that’s domination. If she asks you, it’s a favor.

Particularly with the philosophy and religion sections?

Example:

Someone ASKS if there is a God and if they are a Christian (for instance - could be any faith or philosophy), will always choose (in this case) the best answer as 'Yes, HIS name Jehovah' thus turning around the question into a pulpit.

Not that believing in God is a bad thing, but can religious people think on their own without having to consult their scripture and quote from it and lambaste if you don't agree?

Why do they do that so much? Or is this another case of where of the loudest screamers getting the most attention?
