There are various therapeutic interventions that are both appropriate and efficient (in varying degrees) for phobias or irrational fears. I licensed mental health professional would be able to respond to your inquiry in a confidential and personal manner.

Try wearing less and less clothes while you are at home. Start slow. Like just wearing sweat pants w/out any underwear on...once you are comfortable with that try removing your t-shirt. The more you do it the more comfortable you are with it. Also take every opportunity you can to view your nude image in the mirror. You may find that you don't have a very good outlook about yourself and this is the reason for feeling uncomfortable.

I think this is a common fear, to an extent. Do you mean fear of being nude in front of a lot of people, or even your significant other? Having confidence in yourself and loving your body (even your flaws) helps you be confident in being nude. At least for your partner. I wouldn't be comfortable being nude around anyone but him:)

There is definitely a cure, but you'd have to go to psychologist to find out what it is. But I don't see why anyone would have a fear of being nude, it's perfectly natural.
