They want to be treated fair and equal but not in family court and child custody where they want special treatment because they are women. I thought that according to them there is nothing a man can do and a woman cannot, so why is the reverse not true? Why am I discriminated against a so called equal rights group because I’m a man?
I have asked these types of questions before and no one has yet come up with any other reason except that since they bore the child they are entitled to special treatment and simultaneously down play my relationship with my child.
Our society tells us not to be a dead-beat-dad and pay for your kids child support and if you don’t (or more realistically, you can’t afford it) you will go to jail. However, when you say, ‘Hey I want half time with my kids. I’m not a dead-beat, I want my children’, these groups treat it as ‘hold on there buddy, when we said don’t be a dead-beat we just meant for you to pay your support like a good boy and see your children twice a month just so that you can think you are spending quality time with your kids’. Hypocrisy I tell you!

If somebody suffers from social anxiety disorder and borderline avoidant personality disorder (call it 'love shyness' if the term is medically accepted), to the tune that the frustrations of not finding a romantic/sexual partner are driving him to infatuation with the possible risk of causing severe emotional/physical distress to the (unrequited) subject of his affections, in such a case would his suicide be a justifiable/preferrable alternative to prevent such an action?

Science and technology have advanced so much that if there were such things as ghosts then surely there would be reams of CCTV footage, sound recordings, energy readings. In this age of great certainty of how science and nature work, why is there such an upsurge in programmes such as Ghost Hunters and Most Haunted? Why do we still have this need to believe in ghosts? Is it fear of the unknown, are we bored or is it a religious thing?

i used to have a really bad inner rage problem and would just explode with anger in the street, and get into staring myself. ive gotten a hell of alot better but i still have these problems and horrible mood swings im trying to get my psychiatric problems attended to, im wanting a second opinion. however whenever i go out, which isnt much because of panic attacks and the fear i might lose control of my anger. i can feel peoples eyes on me, watching staring, and when ive looked around sometimes, ive noticed a few people actually are looking at me...i plan to move away near the coast and eventually emmegrate but i cant do that i feel till ive attended to my problems..i keep thinking are they doin it because of how i used to be or am i being ostrasised
