It's mumbo-jumbo. Your conciseness exists in your brain. If your brain doesn't leave your body, then your conciseness isn't going to leave your body.

An out of body experience is when an individual believes they are existing in non-corporeal space. In other words, their mind is viewing the world from a perspective other than through their own eyes. This is not to be confused with a near-death experience, although many near-death experiences involve out of body experiences.

I do believe it is possible to have the sensation of an out of body experience. Many are drug induced, some are part of natural dreaming.

An out-of-body experience is when your consciousness leaves your body and you are able to observe yourself and the place you are in. This is most often related by people who are experiencing surgery. They say that they can see themselves, as well as see and hear the doctors from another point in the room (usually above)
Astral projection is when you can will your consciousness to a place other than where your body is located and observe people, things and events accurately. Not an imaginary trip, but actual observation.

Yes, I do. One of my college professors told me that when she was on an operating table, she could see the doctors working on her & remembered what they were saying. Others claim that they can "travel" to other places leaving their body behind. I haven't done this, but these are credible people, so I wouldn't rule it out. Then there are the near death experiences, where people who have been brought back from the brink of death claimed they saw a bright light, etc. There is so much that we don't know. I try to keep an open mind.

It's called Astro-projection....simply, you have to have a spirit guide to help you...you are connected to your body by a silver cord and if you come across some entity that wants to come thru the cord into your body, your spirit guide will force you back....Have you ever woken up violently like you were falling? maybe you had an experience... there's ton's more to relate....dont want to ramble....hope this helped.....
