do you think life is moving too fast?
i live in Los Angeles area and it seems like I can barely keep up with the rat race.
it's not only me....
people are working harder and earning less, the average personal debt is increasing, home prices are rising, cost of living is increasing, population is increasing....

What can i do... where can i go to have some relief?

I am wondering if there is a type of science that researches body and implied speech. For example you shrug your shoulders and most people would know your saying "I don’t know", or you point at something and most people know that means "look at that". Well has anyone tried to define all of the implied speech elements? Also by adding tones to speech there are implied ideas, for example if you raise the pitch of your voice at the end of a statement many people would take that as asking a question.

In this recurrent dream there is the ominous sense/feeling that people are fearful of each other and that one must avoid being seen bec the people your likely to run into are either crazy or criminals or both, or so scared and hungry they act like animals instead of human beings. ps: the dream has no religious element. In my dream I'm walking on a tilted breakwater near the ocean and in the distance I see some people far off in the distance. TWH 09012006

Anyway My girlfriend sought a councelor for me but i've sinced stopped seeing her as i do with alot of my councelors. I've already been diagnosed with PTSD but whenever we start to go towards fixing what happened i shy away, no matter how much i want to I get physicaly Ill and i've found its easier to not go and have to deal with it and push it down and deal with the pain. Comfortable with the pain is what someone suggested and I'm guessing thats true. I'm not sure I'm ready to go back to that place. I'm posting to just ask if there are any things i can do without going to a psychiatrist? Is it even possible? Or would i essentially have to go and accept/get help for this?

I've been told by a number of girlfriends I'm a sociopath. I like to lie to them and use them, then discard them when they no longer feed my needs. I never spend money on them and convince them to spend it all on me. I even mention my sex fetishes to them and if they're not interested even after I tell them I love them, I figure the problem is with them, so I break all contact with them. I don't care if it bothers them. One girl even threatened to commit suicide, but I didn't care.

I find that books, music, smells and even textures of things bring back all these memories. Why do we do this? My weirdest association with a memory is silk. Everytime i feel silk i remember falling asleep with a blanket bound in silk. Do you have any wierd connections with your sences and memories?

People who have regularly responded to my post would know that I have a lust problem. I have problem of objectifying and fantasizing about hot, sexy women, and also am suffering from masturbation and porn problems.
Right now, I am feeling the urge right now. The voice inside me keeps making me to fantasize about women and masturbate to porn. The irony is I often give in to it even though I know what damages it does to my soul, spirit, body and life.
I need spiritual support from as many people as I can. Like I said, the withdrawal symptom from my lust problem is so great that it is just making me go crazy.
Any support or help would be appreciated. God bless y'all.
