Perhaps it is because you are becoming aware of all the things that are going on around you and around the world.

You are really seeing how screwed up everything is right now and it has shaken your confidence in everything.

Do you have a mental illness that you have stopped taking your medication for or have changed medications for? Is there a definite act that has occurred to trigger these emotions? Have you done something to trigger your own sub-conscious guilt? Only you can really know why? You start through a list of questions like I've posed until you're options are gone - then if you haven't found an answer, see your physician. Clinical and/ or mental illnesses are not funny nor fun to live with and they can come on us at any time.

Maybe you are feeling guilty about something and pushing those feelings onto other people or you have had someone betray your trust recently in some way or feel that they may. May be some low self-esteem too cause I tend to get that way too when I am not feeling the best about myself.

I think that's a classic symptom of insecurity. Has someone betrayed you?

Examine yourself first. Then look at those around you. Maybe it's time for a vacation.

Are you betrayed by anyone? Maybe you're also not feeling secure or confident about yourself. Stop feeling this way, or you'll feel alone and miserable.
