oh my gosh remember thos infomercials from way back in the day where there was some crazy guy that ran his fingers over pages really fast and claimed to be able to read, like he could read the dictionary in 30 seconds, those were so hilarious. i don't know if you can increase your reading speed except for maybe just reading more maybe and making sure that your in a environment that conductive to learn and concentrate!

Practice makes you perfect. Start with smaller books and read them again and again and observe the time intervals.. you master words faster and this works in increasing your speed

Skip the unimportant & uninteresting areas, if u r reading silently, when aloud, read slowly, to make pple understand & feel bore so that they don't ask u to read again.
