Yes, I think so. I have some pretty vivid dreams sometimes and it takes awhile for them to fade away. In the meantime, I tend to feel sad, confused and/or extremely sexually frustrated...

A dream is still part of your reality because it happened, maybe only to you but it still happened and it can affect you and your way of thinking. True reality affects everyone it touches and has physical consequences that are much further reaching. Yes - i regularly have dreams that seem so real i have to remind myself that they are a dream - it has actually led to arguments in the past when i am convinced i have told someone something or they me when i actually dreamt it! Dreams rock!

Do you mean like having aware that you are dreaming while you are still asleep in the middle of a dream? If yes, I think it happened practically too.

yes the new age freaks call this astral projection ( I think). I've had it happen to me and its kind of weird.
