Hi, I just did an experiment on the microorganism Euglena, and I found that as time increased more Euglena move from the dark section of a slid e(With no light) to the section of teh slide with dimlight. Can you explain why more Euglena moved to the light side...

Eg. My results

1st minute to the 2nd minute :
12 Euglena moved from the dark to the light side
2nd minute to the third minute:
16 Euglena moved from the dark to the light side
3rd minute to teh fourth minute:
26 Euglena moved from teh dark to the light side

Last year, there was a tree in my yard with a large split in the middle that bees had decided to use as their nest. I am a filmmaker and needed a shot with bees in the background so I was hoping that the bees would return. It is nice weather, almost May and they have still have not returned yet. Don't bees usally return to the same nesting place each year? What would cause them not to return? Is there anyway I can attract bees to nest in that tree or is it too late? Thanks!
