Spiders lay their eggs in their webs and if their web is on a banana then yes but NEVER could they be layed into the inside of the banana

They lay there eggs at the bottom of the banana so it is best to break that bit off and you should be fine.

don,t think so but they usually stick them to sheltered places and cover with webbing to protect them ....spiders do get across the seas by hiding in banana consignments though
