Do snakes (especially constricters) ever get tied up in knots, when constricting their prey?

i doubt it if they do they will realize and get back out...they are pretty smart animals
P.S. actually Harry Miz animals can be used in a general term to include all animals

Never, their bodies are not flexible enough to be tied in a tight knot. If it's a loose one, they'll untangle themselves.

-snakes are reptiles and reptiles are animals

I highly doubt a snake could get tied in a knot because it has vertebrae and those will limit its movement.

Not when constricting prey ....but you can tie a snake in a knot .....won't last long....don't think they like it...

Yes.They might when two males are posturing in a challenge for a female mate;or during mating when the female and male are posturing for fertilization.

I don't know about snakes, but I know hagfish do. Snakes probably do too.

never ,
and they escape from everywhere
my boas ,mazacoahs ,coral snakes all of them escaped their confinement if i put them somewhere and are now on the loose
