Assuming the spider had been kept in a small bottle with a roly-poly and some plants. Would it survive? Why not?

I believe spiders eat (or rather drink) the blood from insects, which a roly-poly has very little of. So it would more than likely die.

insects like the typical spider. insects like roly pollies or ladybugs have harder shells than other insects. the spider can't get through it. how about ants?
