Which one made you feel best (exhilarated) which may be something that seems mundane, a mood thing, or not.

I have never seen a Tiger in the wild. I might be too fearful ? Which can be exciting in the safety of a vehicle.

Do maggots help bodies underground to decompose? If so, how did the maggots get there if maggots are larvae put there by flies?

This is what I had noticed. Animals have their mating seasons. During the mating season, the female will most willingly submit themselves to the male going after them. There are also many situations where 2 or more males have to batte out each other to get the female. The female will wait patiently by the side.

However, I have never seen in real life or in documentaries animals raping their own kind.

Do these things happen in the animal world?

i am asking this from a strictly SCIENTIFIC/zoologist/animal behaviorist standpoint....the main drive of animals is to successfully get their genes into the next generation and increase fitness, while decreasing costs. homosexuality would actually increase energy costs, and therefore decrease total fitness. why then do some animals exhibit homosexuality?

If it expels it, how quickly would it grow back? It would leave the animal defenseless, and being serrated, I would think that w/b sufficient without having to expel it. I've read different things, and having just watched a CNN video re: the 81 yr old man who was pierced in the chest, a person talked about how the ray "fired its barb" and how "they're not sharpshooters".

My daughter and I just got a large box of assorted seashells at a yard sale. We would like to know the correct names. We have a few books and have found a few of the shells in them but there are many more. They are not local shells. Is there anyplace online where we might get some help? I know there must be thousands of different kinds of seashells and no site will picture them all, but any help will be appreciated.
