I was going to say veterinary school too, since I am in veterinary school. It's a possibility, but you really have to be dedicated.
You could work at a zoo or as a wildlife rehab person. You could do field research. The possibilities are endless.

Most states will hire biologists to do surveys of species and populations in wild areas. Got your own SUV, and willing to spend lots of time outdoors identifying plants and animals?
Most states have a "water quality biologist" post. You'll collect water samples from various locations, and perform chemical tests on them to determine just why it's murky. Like to spend time in boats, and wading around in muck?
Me -- biology major with emphasis on molecular biologist. I became a computer game programmer. LOL.

You can do alot of things with a biology major, like be a trainer, marine biologist, or even an oceanographer!!!
