Unless you meant sea urchin which are roung and spiny like a hedgehog.

off the top of my head an urchin is something found in the sea or ocean thats survices off of leftovers or simular to a scavanger and attaches itself to rocks etc.

those are those fish like creatures underwater.they have alot of quills or whatever there called.also i dont think they move.
