The weather is predicting up to a foot or greater tonight. ending at 7pm. but due to the combination of blowing snow afterwards and the busses not being able to get threw untreated side streets, think i will have off tomorrow?

I can see for a fact that rainbows end on the ground, with my own eyes, but whenever I chase it I'm always a second too late, can anyone tell me if they've actually made it to where a rainbow meets the ground and if so what's it like? I reckon it must be a surreal experience.

how would u know which air at different locations has the greatest capacity to hold water vapor?
using the relative humidity?

for example:
1)Courtyard relative humidity 35.0
10) Outside front relative humidity 84.0

This year winter doesnt seem like winter..and why would they change the time to 1 hour faster..? if winter is slow..then they should change the time 1 hour slower to make it catch up to winter?? what is the reason why?? its still hot and warm in california..this year is way different..i think thats the reason why its going so fast..and winter is so late..

We have an Automatic/Electric fan in the house that i use every single night. Regardless how cold it is. Last night it was about freezing temperature (live in Cali) and i had it in full blast. I did have a blanket and a sweater on though. People think its crazy... i dont really know why and how to explain it...what do you think? ...some kind of OCD??? lol
