Storms of any kind make people crazy! It is like they have to "stock up" on items. Isn't it wierd also to go into a store before a storm and see the bread isle and the milk isle wiped out?

So they don't run out because then you have to use either a paper towel or facial tissue and it doesn't work that well. I'm sorry if I'm being disgusting. People also stock up on other stuff like food and water. Just in case if you get snowed in.

People actually consume more food during colder temperatures, thus the increase in need for tp.
