If you're looking for a day-to-day forecast for 30 days in the future, that doesn't exist. However, if what you want is a general forecast (warmer/colder, drier/wetter than normal), then you can find what you want at the Climate Prediction Center website.

I don't know if it's a forecast in the same sense as, say the 7-day forecast. But there is a long range forecast that talks in generalities about temps and precipitation being higher or lower than averages.

Try NOAA or you local NWS (insert city name here)

I'm sure you could find one, but why? The 5-7 day forecasts are rarely accurate. The weather forcaster just inputs information in a computer and the programs interprets what it thinks the result will be. Earlier this week, our local weather predicted 6-8 inches of snow. We have less than an inch and the storm is moving out.
