We have an Automatic/Electric fan in the house that i use every single night. Regardless how cold it is. Last night it was about freezing temperature (live in Cali) and i had it in full blast. I did have a blanket and a sweater on though. People think its crazy... i dont really know why and how to explain it...what do you think? ...some kind of OCD??? lol

It's nice to cuddle up in comfy blankets. Hard to do that when it is hot. And the white noise is a bonus.

I live where the temp gets down in the teens and I sleep with the window open every night. I don't think it's crazy, but my kids too-they complain it's always cold in the house when I am comfortable.

I am like that also, I had to break myself out of sleeping under a fan all year long. I finally did it but it was hard. My sister does it, fan full blast, with everyone else in the house feeling like they are sleeping in hell... its just a bad habit, it can be broken though

It's because some people actually like that. There is no disorder or wrong in it. I do it all the time. It's just YOUR preference.

Maybe cuz you were born from Oct. to Jan. I live in California too, and I was born on January. Although it's very cold lately, I want it to get FREEZING! Idk I just like the coldness too.Lol

My son has asthma and he said it helps him breathe. It also blocks out noise from the freeway which is close.
