Hi Guys, Does anyone know about barometers? where's the best place to put it in a house? I know how to adjust the barometer when new, there is a brass screw at the back that u adjust to the correct setting for your area and weather,,only prob is, ok its blowing like mad and is raining on and off, is there a site I can enter my postcode just like the weather on my right on my screeen that will give me the correct settings for my barometer to initial set up.

So, there's unusually bad weather in California and Arnie has declared a "State of Emergency". Will that stop the weather from being naughty? Will it make the climate warm up? Will it help the inhabitants of the region remember to dress up warm and look out for ice and the cold generally? Will it mean that people rush aid to the region - like woolly hats and scarves?

One min it was calm with a few fluffy white clouds in the sky,the next it is thundering and lightning,windy and hail-stoning massive chuncks of ice like I have never seen,what is going on!
I am near the lake district in England.
I really do think we need to act more on global warming issues.

what is the reason for no snow in NYS or much of the country this year? it still seems really cold though, unfortunately.....does this pattern have to do with global warming,

So it's pretty cool that their is snow in la huh no that actually means that the o zone is tearing and the weather is becoming unbbalanced imagine below zero in summer warm during autumn
and 100 degree weather in winter the end is near people and my question is were do you think you will be when it does or what will you do to stop it from destroying the very fabric that makes human life

What I mean to ask is that local temperature of a specific is visible in the home page inside the yahoo mail. It is displayed in farenheit format. But I want to permanently set it to centigrade format so that all the time it should be displayed in the centigrade format only whenever I login into yahoo mail beta. So how that can be done ?
