I live at Altoona PA and i want to move out of this state after the last year of my college. Why I want to move is because the weather sucks here and the hospital we have down here doesn't have a nicu here and thats what I'm studing at college.I got a few questions my first is the weather here isn't bad, we don't have turndoas or hurricans but the winter is cold and i HATE the cold so i was just wondering where i could move to that has nice summer weather but that DOESN"T have turndoas or hurricans or any bad weather. I want to move somewhere that has like warm weather all year round but does not have have anything bad like the hurricans where is that at? And my other question is that state that your giving me have a big hospital with a nicu in it. PLEASE help i know this is a stupid question but i'm bored and i want to know. lol thanks...

I have remembered weird weather every since I was a child.Freak snow storm here,tornado there hot when its suppose to be cold ,cold when its suppose to be hot..Hurricanes bunches in one year then five years without ..Freak rain and hail storms and everyting and anything.Most people I have talked to remember the same things..Not really that big of a deal.. Even in history there are countless freak strorms and weather systems..So why does everybody now say GREENHOUSE gases and crap?That is the funniest thing that I have ever heard.When I was growing up nobody even thought about greenhouse gases..they said its just mother earth changing.and if you read centuries ago before pollutants or the massive amounts we have dumped in the air they had the same weather.Whats with everybody..and the Freaks show"IT COULD HAPPEN TOMMOROW" Weirdos man.. These people don't realize it did happen and has happened and will continue to happen.Dont you remember things like this when u were young?Its normal!

This is just a question that need some opinions. Being a person who lives in Florida, we are known to get horrible storms called hurricanes each summer. But, why are they called hurricanes? When the storm comes, they name it right? But not always is it a girls name, but sometimes a guys. So, how can it be a hurricane? Should'nt it be hurricanes and himmacanes? Himmacane George and Hurricane Joan.

The same crackpots were warning that the 2006 hurricane season would bring several Katrina-like storms...wrong again; it was one of the mildest seasons on record.
