You can solve that question if you are good with math. Just set the 2 formulas for conversion between F and C equal to each other. Solution is -40 (Negative 40)

Fahrenheit and Celsius never equal. To convert Celsius to Fahrenheit, double the Celsius temperature, then subtract 10% of the doubled temperature, finally add 32.

So, if it is 0 degrees Celsius:
0 x 0 = 0
0 - 10% = 0
0+ 32 = 32

Therefore, 0 degrees Celsius is equal to 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

C/5 = (F - 32)/9

F = C = x

x/5 = (x - 32)/9
solve for x
x = - 40
