I live about three miles inland from the Pacific Ocean. When killdeer (shorebirds) fly in the fields around my house, I know that we will have severe weather within three days.

Is it true that if you get struck by lightning, that you're more likely to be struck again? I hear lots of stories about people that have been struck more than once.

What is so good about 80 degree heat and above? It makes me lose energy fast. It makes me tired. It is very uncomfortable. It is hard to work in. You have to wear a pound of bug spray and sun tan lotion. In the winter you add layers and be comfortable. There are no bugs to worry about. The sky is a whole lot prettier and cleaner. It is easier to breathe. You can hug somebody without sticking to them. You don't sweat by just being outside for 30 seconds. It seems like more people like 100 degree temps than 40 degree temps. Does anyone else hate spring and summer?

Is anybody, other than me, getting a "Day After Tomorrow" feeling from the weather?

If you want proof to unusual weather, look at the news. The weather in Moscow is so hot, bears won't hibernate, tornadoes and flash floods in the north coast of the U.S. I even found a report of icebergs, in New Zealand!

I see that during the day time goes quickly, whilst during the night of cool winter the time goes very slow. Here in my country when it is 6 0'clock in the evening(before winter)it is still day you can still see the sun shinning making its way to set for tthe day.But during the winter by six o' clock in the evening it is already dark. And to tell you here in my country,Belize, it is the coldest time of the year. Many people would like to know why this is so .
