On yahoo it was reported that there is a higher chance of it not snowing at christmas. They predicted christmas to be wet

is pushing south wards. this have winter 70% bing cold

Depends on where you live, of course! It certainly won't snow here in Singapore, but it probably will rain.

In northern hemisphere people will celebrate winter christmas ,so there are more chances of snow fall.in southern hemisphere ,countries like australia will celebrate summer christmas ,so no snowfall in places in the southern hemisphere.
