I personality think that we never gonna achieve state of perfection in science since we, the observer, are the part of nature itself...

however, nature seems to walk in its own accord and creating its own rules....as if it had been programmed from the very beginning...if it does, can science and religion can be one thing??

i don't know if my statement could support creationism, since i, myself, am actually evolutionist but how could the other evolutionists explain the fact about this?

okay well i have always been really facinated by the bermuda triangle and all the mystery behind it but i just am curious about what people think/know about this...i have watched a lot of programs on t.v. and excuse me if my facts aren't completely correct but im no expert... well there are a lot of different explanations for the disappearances of all the aircrafts and surface vessels there are things like extraterrestial beings, time warps to other deminsions, fields of methane which can stall the engine of aircrafts or cause bubbles which have been proven to sink ships, there are also things i have seen like trying to find the planes from flight 19 but they searched all over to find the planes under the ocean and found a few other planes but none that matched the ones from flight 19, anyways i have just always wondered what other people think about this and what anyone else knows any information you have or any opinions are appreciated greatly -thanks in advance... : )

Ideas how to solve this:
1) What was the average font size used back then

2) Find out the average line length of a written alphabet letter, and find which letter is closest to avg. length as far as stroke length (depends on what language was used). We'll just use english since only length of stroke v. time is needed.

3) Find out how many words\letters are in the Bible

4) Take # of letters and multiply by avg. letter length to get the total length of the line it would take to write the entire bible.

5) Determine the total length of line the ink in a ball point pen until it runs dry. You can try this a few times then take the average. (maybe use a rotating wheel with a counter for the pen to write on and firgue out length using circumference)

6) Record time used to write the letter from step#2 X amount of times or amount written in a minute.

7) Repeat step#6 but, now with a quill pen.

8)Now you can figure out time difference & how many pens
you will use up.

The Earth is not flat but the Continents now move, the Poles shift and the Magnetic Poles switch.
Newtonian Physics has been superceeded and Einstein wasn't quite right.
Darwinian Evolution has evolved into the Modern Synthesis and Lamarckism seems to have some place.
If it is Science surely it must be subject to investigation, refinement and alteration?

does it not stand to reason that twice as many men can dig twice as many holes in half the time?

appling that standard, twice a man and a half would be three men and so three men could dig three holes in half the time a man and a half could... or a man and a boy could...

so if a man and a half being a man and a boy, boy being his son can dig a hole and a half in a day and a half, and they are each digging there own hole to the same given debth... then it takes a day and a half for the man to dig his hole and a day and a half for the boy (man and a Half) to dig the half hole being half the debth of a hole and thus only a half hole from completion to being a whole hole...

now if three men are hired, will they not have three shovles instead of two? and if they are not to get in each others way, it is safe to assume they will begin digging each of them their own hole and beginning at the same time...

will a man not being a man and a half finish a hole in a day and charge more?

Our apartment building seems to be a nesting ground for bats. Our landlady has been doing everything that she can think of but they just seem to find somewhere else to hide. This year has not been as bad as previous ones, and we do not want to kill them--just get them out of the building. Help--please!!

what if our color gradients that out eyes see are different to each person. you see the red ball as red, your red, and i too call it red, but if i was seeing it from your eyes, would i call it green because that would be the color i used to know in my own body? on the same note, a picture in negative exposure, meaning lights are dark and darks are light, how do i know that when i see light, you also see what i would consider light, rather then dark?

I am asking this question because the greatest discoveries in history has happened because one person(INSANE) believed it to be true. Yet society teaches us to go with the grain, and admire those who took the chance.
