You could go to the reference below and buy the article immediately for $23. Or, you could go to a large public library or university science library, probably read it for free, or get a copy for a lesser fee. While there, tell the reference librarian what you are looking for and why. The education will be worth the trip. Then, ask your school why they don't teach you this.

Your best bet for an "older" article like this is your University library, deep in the stacks where no one goes anymore...
