for revelutionary innovations in Computer world Microsoft founder Bill Gates deserves awards like the Knighthood, Nobel prize. Also he is showing keen interest in social activities like AIDS, health programmes. Why this is not happening ? Whether Nobel prize committee is not able to file his inventions into the standard categories like Physics or Chemistry ? or the American competition is such that there are many other equivalent products that he is one among the many ? Another basic question is should Nobel committee increase its scope towards computers, space, bio=engineering, nano-technology etc. etc.

I have heard it said by those who work in a crematorium, that when a body is cremated, there are small "grease" fires from the fat and tissues being burned, melted, "cooked" if you will. It stinks and causes a huge mess, so how could a body just turn to ashes like the claims make? I've seen documentaries on this subject, fascinating, but not believable. Is it possible? Am I wrong to doubt the possibility?

Every single one of them pollutes or is not strong enough to be useful. The so called nuclear power has got to be the worst. You get pollution from mining the uranium and radioactive waste that is very hard and expensive to deal with.

i know it is a exothermic chemical reaction, but really, when you think about that, it means nothing. I know it is heat, and light, but that also means nothing, because i can see light, and feel heat, when it is not being fire. And, if light can act like both a particle, and a wave, what is fire, a particle, or a wave?

I went through a radar speed trap at 36mph and got a ticket although my speedometer read just over 30mph. Would the difference in circumference of the larger wheels fitted alter the accuracy of the reading given by the speedometer ???

But, they don't think we use only 10% of our livers, muscles, lungs, red blood cells etc. There's no evidence to support that we only use 10%. If only used 10% we'd be 90% less efficient as an organism. You wouldn't make a car that only uses 10% of it's engine. So where did this myth come from ?
