Let's say a doctor examines the DNA of a mother and daughter, but does not know they are mother and daughter. Can he figure out that they are mother and daughter by looking at their DNA? In other words, is a MATERNITY TEST a specific procedure or can maternity be determined BY ACCIDENT just by looking at DNA? For example, a doctor examines blood from two victims of a crime scene. Can he determine that they are mother and daughter through his examination?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and my doctor last night told me it's ok to take Benadryl-D which has Diphenhydramine 25mg and Pseudoephedrine 60mg. I only had one of those left, so this morning my husband went and got me another box but this one says "NEW FORMULA" it now has Phenylephrine 10mg in it instead of the Pseudoephedrine.

I called doc and they said it should be fine to take it still but I want to know if it is going to work or should I return it and get the original kind?

It seems that every doctor I see is more than eager to give me prescription for ant-biotics without even hearing me out, or having any form of test results. Twice now I have forked out for anti-biotics only to be told 1-2 days later to stop taking them as I don't really have any infection. I know from my own research that anti-biotics kill of bad bacteria, but also good, so how can doctors possibly hand them out so easily?

I just finished my first semester of nursing school and I feel very overwhelmed with everything that has gone on. I used to get all A's in my classes however now I am getting all low B's and C's. There is so much information to know and I cant seem to retain all of it. The instructors and nurses are very mean and not helpful in any way. Is this a normal feeling? Is nursing still for me? I'm not quite sure if I can make it through the next 5 semesters....

My granny is in her eighties and her joints are getting weaker each day, especially her two kneecaps, which are really hurting. It really pains my heart to see her condition deteriorate, she used to be able to limp her way around, but now she can hardly walk......knee guards and health supplements for the ligament doesn't seem to work, or maybe this is juz something that the elderly have to bear with as they age......anyone out there with any experience care to share their solutions, or even offer me some things my granny can do, I would like to thank you beforehand because I really do not know what more I as a grandson can do to ease her pain......
