No. It would not make you high or put you into an altered state of consciousness. It might irritate you nasal mucosa and make you sneeze like hell; but that's about it.

I`ve seen many things snorted but never Prozac

There is no high in taking Prozac.....or snorting it for that matter.
why on earth would you want to do something so foolish ?????
