Sub-Micro Hitec servo PC board (HS-56HB rated at 4.8-6v), with 4.8v input to 3 pole servo motor from a slightly bigger servo and pot-meter from an X-Mods RC vehicle. Soldered all and works to some degree with a TX and RX but very very sensitive and jitters like mad! When the TX is turned off and the RX is on the servo stops jittering but rests to one extreme. I tried the pot from the micro servo and a bit less sensitive but still jitters off the charts! I also tried to swap the two power poles on the motor oposite but the servo then just moved to one extreme. I also tried a few different caps and resistors I had from 540 size motor rebuilding but either no help or same as no power. I'm stumped. Thanks for any help!!

What if whoever makes them... (how are they made anyway) makes a slight error and we either lose time or gain time gradually, (Wow, what a thought), How is the time on Atomic Clocks calibrated, I mean my alarm clock (windup one) has a little lever to make the winding go faster or slower........... But how and who sets them when they are first placed into service?

It is more difficult to do manual soldering with lead-free solder, not as easy as leaded solder. It is also quite easily lifted the copper pad of the PCB. Increase soldering temperature of soldering iron? Or other easier and effective trick?
