Hi. i was wondering what should i study at the university to become an '''airplane\jet engine designer'''! like those architects who design a house and ''draw it's structural map''. i want to do the exact thing but for Airplanes and maybe jets!!

Aeronautical/Aerospace engineering yes, but also consider mechanical engineering. Mechanical engineers can do this and many other things. You should do some research on what actually goes into those designs. Regardless of which of these programs you pursue, you will need to know fluid mechanics (lots of math describing motion of gases and liquids), mechanics of materials (math and some chemistry describing how materials break), physics (math describing the motion of objects and forces) and other subjects including a few computer CAD and math programs. In case I wasn't clear, there is a lot of math and background work that goes into those drawings. In the end, though, you will be able to design something really important and interesting, and you will be paid pretty well.

The problem is that there are about 5 places in the world making jet engines and most of them are working on the basis of years of their own research. Instead of asking here, I would suggest you contact Rolls Royce aero division or Pratt & Whitney or GE and try to talk to someone about what background people have who are engineers in jet engine design.
