Did it catch any of you off guard? Do you feel that this was done in an effort to conserve energy, or do you have other theories about it?

It happened somewhere around 1975 or so. Heading for Miami airport. It stopped traffic on both sides of I-75 and people were getting out to look at it. It seemed like you could almost touch it. It was massive in size. A lot of witnesses including some police cars. Then it went up, over, and gone.

...by virtue of the fact that life exists within it by way of our own planet's evolution? Life would simply be the natural extension of processes that never came to be on the other planets we know of (unless it "came and went" on Mars).
Maybe "potentially alive"?

I want to write and record a song based around the rhythm and sound effects of radio waves that are caused by stars, planets any other space phenomenon. I have been watching the film "Contact" and although I realise that this is obviously fiction, do stars and such actually create radio waves and static that has a repeating, uniform pattern?

If they do, where can I get recordings of these space static radio wave patterns?

How much to the Tarcísio Brito, everything summarizes in the Great Atom “Universe”, finite in its dimension and the infinite in its time. Everything in the Mechanics of the Diagram of this Great Atom, and nothing beyond the same. E you! It agrees or it disagrees?
