Well lets see,. A hundred or so years ago the residents of Devizes in Wiltshire tried to rake a cheese out of the town pond. This cheese turned out to be the reflection of the moon,so they at least thought the moon was cheese. (That's how they got named "the moonrakers")
Maybe in the last hundred or so years the cheese has fermented by a meteorite bearing yeast crashing into it! The global warming seen here on earth has travelled all the way to the moon and made the fermented cheese into liquid.
So the answer to your question is Yes the moon is now made of beer with a sort of Gorgonzola bouquet

Yes of course it is. Why are you asking? The only extra that you should have added - lest anyone be in doubt - is that the moon is specifically made of *Northern* beer, none of that expensive southern muck with no head on it like you have to suffer south of the Watford Gap.

There is evidence of water and microbes - they may be yeast which is essential for the production of beer - sadly there does not appear to be any sugar - so I don't think the moon is make of beer

No, there is nothing on the moon that can manufacture alcohol, and no, even if there were yeast microbes on the moon the conditions arent right out there

the moon is made of space dust and rock (probably with life forms on it) a bit like a desert.

Since beer is made of different products itself and is man made, I'd say it's not.
