Yes it is real and I can prove it.

186,000 miles per hour is the speed of light. That 186,000 and time taken to reach any object is to be divided by the distance travellled to make light years.

And if we are travelling faster than light (186,000 miles / second) which is possible in very few rockets in today's world, we get younger because we are breaking the limit of speed. The fastest object among all energy sources scientifically is light.

If we travel faster than light, we reach a place faster than the number of light years that place is away. And in general if you have to reach there, you would take (say) 5 sec. If you travel fast, you would reach there faster.
But here the speed is such fast that you reach there before 0 sec. breaking the speed barrier. Therefore you get younger when you reach a place and this is TIME TRAVEL.

Not very long ago, scientists discovered production of energy from coal. But if they had relaxed that they have found energy, we doesn't have electricity now. In 1920's mobile phones are a fiction. Until aeroplane was found, man's desire to fly in air is purely hope. Until 1969, man landing on Moon is a fiction. When computers were found, some commented that if the inventors can strive hard, they can sell 5 computers all over the world. But now? There is no business without computer. These all became real in our real life. But, in the case of time travel, can rolled over time come back? Only TIME have to answer this question. Hope our scientists, can make this too a possible thing.

First of all a positron is not an electron moving back in time. It is a particle of antimater.

As far as travel backward in time. Just not possible with the technology we posess. And no one has been able to prove you can.

Now here is the thing. Traveling to the future is actually possible in a sense.

Although not in the way you might think.

You don't get in a delorian and push a button and all of sudden your are in the future.

It has to do with the theory of relativity. Einstein exlpained it this way.

If two twins are on earth and one get on a space ship and travels at near the speed of light then returns to earth the earth bound twin would be older when the twin in the space ship returned. Why?

Simply explanation. As you move toward the speed of light you experience time dialation. Time passes for you slower than it does for the person who is on the earth. That Theory of Relativity thing again.

So how do we know this to be true when we have never traveled near the speed of light.

Because time dialation happens at even low speeds.

A test was conducted with 2 atomic clocks. One was placed in a jet and that jet flew for a while then landed. When the clocks were checked the one from the jet plane was behind the one that was on the ground.

No this dialation was not even measurable in a 1 second interval. In fact it was a far shorter time span than 1 second. But the time dialation was there.

Again this isn't exactly time travel.

Time on the space ship passes for you. You don't notice that 60 seconds for you is not 60 seconds for the person on the earth.

I wouldn't make any plans just yet because even the faster space ship known to man isn't going to get you to the future any time soon. Unless you consider a few seconds over a life time to be the future.

Please forgive any typos and misspelled words. Spell check is on the fritz.

Yes, it is real. A positron is an electron traveling backwards in time. Actually there is only one particle in the universe. It travels from the big bang to the big crunch. Afterwards, universe time reverses and the electron comes back as the anti electron. Until the big bang, and the cycle repeats itself. Right now, we are somewhere along 10^40 in such cycle.

No one has travelled in time, amd therefore, time travel is only a theoretical concept.
The theoretical conditions set by theorists are usually pretty exotic, involving wormholes, negative energy and other theoretical constructs. In addition, there's usually other constraints set in, like you can't travel to a point in time earlier than when the machine was built. Most conceptual machines would destroy anything travelling through it, so even at a conceptual level, constructing a time machine that works sounds doubtful.

hey, people thought electricity was a myth, and look where we are today. many many people thought flying was definitely a myth, and look where we are today. now think about time travel. is it any different? with a few brilliant scientists, i.e. ben frankiln, wright brothers, i bet it will become real someday. even einstien, the worlds smartest man even stated some proof that time travel could exist.

"things which are rumors will become reality" and the statement is quite true many things as we know many a things have come true.
ok now i would say "dont believe any thing or what... just use your mind"
now to question but i think that it is quite posible not because time is a dimention (but can be a dimention not of physical shape but only in mind of idea creations) but because it what
like you have to move faster thatn fotons which carry the data you are looking for (your past most probably) in the same direction but you will not be able to change it as you cant change the direction of fotons (and even if you do that people who cant see what are you doing or cant move fast like you will not believe it or even if they believe they will not forget waht happened in past and even if we asume that all i said no is yes even then you will know waht ACTULLY happened in past so) past cant be changed

and the future is what you will do some thing in future and so there is no data about future already as there are no fotons around carrying that data so there is no future (or atleast future treveling but yet you can trevel in time where you consider you self at a piont and then trevel to your past ie most far fotons and then come to where you were last time so you did make a flight to future (but still it is not the future it is future only what was past) so past to future is not posible)
so there is no way to change the past or to trevel the real future (which is not the past future i.e not written by fotons)

i hope my answer have done waht it was expected

c we only believe on d things dat we've seen. bt to say dat d rest things are nt there. it will be wrong. as we havent seen god. bt god is dere believe or nt. so 2 say dat time travel is impossible is nt rit. as when telephone was nt discovered, evryone regarded benjamin franklin as a fool. bt finally he did it. so may b neday we will also develop d sci. & tech. upto such a level dat we cn travel across time. bt ya nw dis theory is only in books and thesis only.

i think that it will not be possible until scientists will be successful in teleporting.
but honestly, I don't believe that such time will come.
