Okay first of all who would want to own any land on the moon, I mean its completley usless, its infertile and cannot support life. Now, even if you wanted to you can't, because you would need several billion dollars to get there a set up a home which ca support life. Since it would also take a pretty long time...

If you buy land from the moon it is a scam. you really can't "own" the moon or part of it. Well you could buy it but it would not be legally yours.
