When I first heard this theory a couple of years ago, I treated it like email detritus or forwarded garbage; I stashed it to the back of my mind where it seldom bothered me. Alas, it has surfaced quite frequently in the past months: I've seen more than a few articles dealing with the subject in prominent magazines such as Time. It doesn't keep me up at night, but it does tickle and itch a bit. And, yes, I'm a little worried.

Can someone care to clear it up for me?
Offer a rebuttal to the scientific theories?
Much appreciated!

Im not sure with this theory because the universe started its journey with a premival atom and how a atom can expand into a universe.what u think what will be the size of the atom.If its large enough to cover a infinte distance or small as an atom?..

its my inclination to think the universe is not a singuler infinite entity, that infinity is occupied by universies. imagine the lights on a christmas tree , every light a universe, now forget the tree shape, its like a infinite blanket in every direction, each universe having perhaps a spiral gravity affect on others, thus explaining the epansion of our universe.

wat is outside our universe? Another parent universe which contained our universe? or someother world?or nothing?? can anyone imagine that?this is my childhood doubt and till now no one was able to guess wat wud be there. i hope the question is clear.

If we are past the event horizon, which we probably are (our galaxy just isn't that big), then we can never escape the gravitational force of the black hole. It seems logical that not only can we never leave our galaxy, but signals sent out will never leave, and no one outside our galaxy would ever see us. Even light gets sucked into a black hole.

Not talking about the cold and lack of oxygen. Let's say what the hell, we'll colonize Mars with some kind of biosphere project or whatever.

Do the Mars atmosphere and magnetic field provide sufficient protection from stuff like radiation, cosmic rays, solar storms, gamma ray bursts, UV rays? Or will that stuff cook humans trying to make a go on Mars?
